Refund policy

1. Work with prepayment
   If by agreement with client the prepayment was reqired, than the prepayment is not refundable as it usually covers expenses involved in the project. The project may be cancelled in the mid-way and the amount of final payment is agreed with the client.
2. Work without prepayment
   In this case the payment is only required after 100% satisfaction of the client. Thus the payment is not refundable.
